(phone ringing)
Man: (muffled tone)
hello?
Woman: Hey!
Man:
hey?
Woman:
Man: (takes a breath) Do you know what time it is?
Woman: Sorry, didn't know who else to call.
Man: Well?
Woman: Well what?
Man: What do you need?
Woman: N-n-nothing, just wanted to talk.
Man: (sighs) Are you drunk?
Woman: For once, no. (nervous chuckle)
Man: Then?
Woman: I dunno.
(Horn honk is heard)
Man: What was that? Where are you?
Woman: Top of the world.
Man: Eh?
Woman: I can see everything from up here.
Man: Sure you're ok?
Woman: Never better.
Man: Then go back to bed. Some of us work.
Woman: Yeah, maybe.
Man: Good night.
Woman: More like goodbye.
Man: What?
Woman: I'm going.
Man: Where?
Woman: Not too sure
Man: To bed, maybe?
Woman: No
out there. I just have to take a step.
Man: A step? No, you're not
?
Woman: Yep.
Man:
Sara!
Woman: Bye, Derek
(sounds of air rushing, car horns, traffic
then nothing)
Man: (breathes heavy)
(busy signal)

It was a coward thought and effort to do a suicide. But the way you have put in, it is really beautiful. I could live the conversation and feel it.
But I never said what happened at the end
So, its really left to you what she did.
Plus, I have this in my "may expand, write more" pile
good job
